The icing was my own recipe.
- 1/2butter
- 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 4-5 tbsp of milk
- 1 tbsp of vanilla
- optional- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
Soften the butter and blend it with the confectioners' sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth with no clumps.
Ices 24 cupcakes.
